I am a dedicated and compassionate counselling psychology student committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a deep understanding of various techniques and therapeutic approaches such as person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
