About Michelle Raths

Michelle is an Operations Services Manager in Global Logistics for Mayo Clinic Laboratories, where she works to streamline operational processes, enhance logistics efficiency, and support client satisfaction across global laboratory services. In this role, she focuses on improving efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the laboratory’s global service delivery. In addition to her management responsibilities, Michelle continues to work as a generalist Medical Laboratory Scientist, maintaining hands-on experience across multiple laboratory disciplines. Previously, Michelle served as a Laboratory Technologist Resource Coordinator, providing advanced troubleshooting and communication with clients and specialty laboratories to resolve specimen issues and maintain strong client partnerships. Michelle also has extensive experience researching, designing, and delivering professional development courses for staff; coordinating and facilitating departmental programs and events; and creating laboratory-specific training, education, and competency assessments. She holds the academic rank of Instructor in Laboratory Medicine & Pathology for the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
