As an Operations Project Manager at Sunnova Energy, I leverage my extensive experience in process improvement and data analysis to optimize the solar work order process for EPC Dealers and New Home East and Southern California Regions. I ensure compliance and accuracy by auditing and reviewing solar plot plans before structural and electrical approvals. I also develop reports to track work order errors, reducing processing delays and improving accuracy. In addition to my current role, I have a background in insurance policy processing and data entry, having worked as a Policy Assistant at RIC General Insurance Agency for over seven years. There, I processed and electronically issued policies, endorsements, and cancellations, handled high-volume data entry, and maintained transactions in Nexsure and ALIS.
