About Michelle Reber

Teaching teachers, creating effective tools and providing them with the knowledge they need to help their students succeed is my specialty. I spent the early part of my career as a teacher. As much as I loved working directly with my students, I found that I truly excelled in the instructional coach and curriculum developer role. I am always looking for opportunities to positively impact scholars and enhance the quality of their education through sharing my knowledge with other educators. I am particularly passionate about math. There are so many kids that have been taught to believe that they are just not “numbers-oriented” enough to excel in math. However, when we approach the subject of mathematics in a new way and we create curriculum and educational materials that appeal to all the different learning styles, we can open their minds to the possibilities and truly change the way they see this critical subject. As a former Dean of Students, I also bring education leadership and school administration experience to the table. My broad background as a teacher coach, a classroom teacher, a curriculum developer and an administrative leader can help me identify the root cause of deficiencies or identify new methods. I have been in the education system in multiple states and in diverse multi-cultural environments. I love applying this diverse experience to positively impact the quality of education, especially in the STEM subject areas.
