About Michelle Rey

I have been onboarding and training in the private and public sector for the past decade. Specialized in building lasting relationships with clients, I come with an extensive background in Education, Personnel Training, Health Care, and Customer Service. I enjoy incorporating technology to create interactive, engaging lessons that challenge and engage participants. Outside of instruction delivery, I utilize testing data to customize instruction and bring creative methods for both assessing and promoting authentic learning. Prior to teaching in public schools, I trained adults in medical case management. I have consulted for an EMR company and assisted in the creation of new software. I was an account manager for a DME/CMS company, supervising the distribution, scheduling and delivery of consumable medical supplies to 600+ Medicaid managed care participants. I was also charged with educating case managers in product use and matching medical consumables and equipment to the needs of their patients.
