With over two decades at St. Luke’s Health System, she has played a key role in enhancing care accessibility, developing system-wide strategies, and leading large-scale initiatives that improve patient and provider experiences. Beyond healthcare, Michelle has been a dedicated advocate in the nonprofit sector, contributing her expertise to organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior League of Boise, Boise Young Professionals, and Family Advocates. Her background in program oversight, event and volunteer management, board development, and fundraising has deepened her leadership skills and strengthened her connection to the community. A Boise State University alumna and Leadership Boise graduate, Michelle has been recognized as an “Accomplished Under Forty” and a “Women of the Year” honoree by the Idaho Business Review, as well as on the Idaho Powerlist in Healthcare.
