Contracts and risk management professional within the Quality and Risk Management team at Deloitte Qatar, with a strong track record of supporting high-stakes negotiations and cross-functional collaboration. My journey began with 14 formative years living in Doha, Qatar, an experience that shaped my global mindset and deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. With end-to-end experience in contract lifecycle management (from intake and cross-department collaboration to negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and implementation within CRM systems) I bring a holistic approach to managing both risk and relationships. I’ve supported technology-driven initiatives across public and private sectors, giving me a nuanced understanding of how to navigate regulatory, operational, and business complexities on both sides.I thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments where agility, clear communication, and problem-solving are essential. Known for translating complex legal and contractual information into actionable insights, I help teams make informed decisions and align on outcomes that drive value.Above all, I value inclusive, collaborative workplaces where people are empowered to grow, contribute meaningfully, and build strong relationships. I’m motivated by curiosity, purpose, and a desire to make an impact that resonates across teams, clients, and business goals.
