About Michelle Sadden

I love helping companies understand their people and process. I am absolutely passionate about the employee experience. I firmly believe when you give people the tools they need, transparent communication, interesting work, room to grow, and trust, you will see them flourish. I think strategically, but I also know what it takes to get things done. After 20+ years of experience, I’ve developed a strong instinct for seeing what’s coming down the road and helping teams avoid issues before they happen. I don’t get lost in the weeds, but I understand them and that makes me a better leader. I always keep people at the center of the work, because that’s what drives real results. My leadership style is to coach, encourage, inspire and listen. I hire great people and get out of their way. I don’t like being micromanaged so I don’t lead that way. I hold myself and my team to a high standard but we have lots of fun. I’m a big believer that we learn just as much from our mistakes as we do from our wins I’m an extroverted introvert—meaning I genuinely enjoy working with people, but when it’s time to recharge, I crave peace, quiet, and simplicity. I LOVE animals but due to life circumstances I am not able to own any. So I have adopted our neighborhood squirrels. They like all types of nuts, grapes, strawberries and carrots (in that order). They hate broccoli and apples.
