I am a decisive and influential leader and coach who implements excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical writing proficiencies (procedures, reports) and organizational abilities. I have been fortunate to have transferred to different industries in the past and have therefore gained expertise in different quality systems including pharmaceutical, cannabis and natural health product (Good Manufacturing Practices/ ICH Q10), environmental / agricultural laboratory (ISO 17025), and have utilized a number of common quality system software packages (TrackWise, Documentum). Most recently, I was fortunate enough to be offered a new challenge to lead the Operations team. I am a very team–oriented person and enjoy utilizing the collective wisdom to find effective and efficient solutions that improve compliance and the performance of the quality system. I remain focused on long-term goals while applying forward thinking, strategic, and innovative solutions in dynamic and highly productive environments to reach successful outcomes. I love the ongoing challenges and learning that my ever evolving profession provides. I believe that a company’s biggest asset is its people and I enjoy helping others to succeed in their positions while providing challenges to develop their skills and keep them motivated.
