I have facilitated diverse teams focused on organizational change, program design and project implementation. I collaborate to develop solutions and desire to lead transformative change. I focus on the success of the individuals and organizations I serve. As a communicator, I message, train, present and brand. I am a storyteller. I have managed marketing and communications teams, developed strategic marketing plans, handled crisis and developed crisis communication plans, implemented brand transformations, and served as the voice for organizations engaging employees, customers and stakeholders. As a director, I have managed federal programs, directed statewide programs and initiatives, implemented grants, and worked with diverse teams. I have collaborated with individuals and organizations to develop policy, administer programs, and ensure successful outcomes. Most importantly, I have focused my career on working in organizations that make a difference in the lives of the individuals they serve. Whether it is directly or indirectly, I care about transforming lives through programs, policies and services.
