Hi, I’m Michelle, a passionate entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in beauty, e-commerce, and wellness. Sustainability has always been at my core, guiding every decision I make—from the way I build businesses to the products I create.My journey began in the corporate world, where I spent 10 years managing over 300 commercial repairers for Zurich Insurance. This role gave me a strong foundation in strategic planning, operations management, and customer service. But deep down, I knew I wanted to channel my creativity and values into building something of my own.I took that leap with Beautiful Barnets, my first business, which grew to become one of Amazon’s leading sellers of luxury hair products across Europe. As I scaled the business, I became increasingly focused on making more sustainable choices, from sourcing products with cleaner, eco-conscious ingredients to reducing packaging waste. For me, success wasn’t just about growth—it was about creating a brand that aligned with my values.In 2024, I took my passion for sustainability and wellness a step further by launching Medshrum, a brand inspired by the natural world. Medshrum offers organic mushroom tinctures and powders designed to support health and wellbeing.
