Philanthropy and nonprofit professional with 19 years of experience with program and project leadership, implementation, and stakeholder engagement. I love to create and execute new initiatives, develop useful resources for communities, and drive operational excellence within organizations. At the Gold Foundation, I manage programs, grants, and awards that champion compassionate, collaborative, and scientifically excellent healthcare. At United Bank, I helped build a nationally recognized employee volunteer program, strategized an Outstanding-rated Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program, successfully implemented enterprise software to incentivize corporate giving and volunteer service, and assisted nonprofits to access grant funding for affordable housing projects. I helped launch the bank's first Diversity & Inclusion Council and was a valued member of the highly selective Leadership Development Program. As an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania I majored in Visual Studies and received a Master of Public Administration degree from WVU with a certificate in Cultural Resource Management At the intersection of these seemingly unrelated fields lies my passion for helping people gain access to resources they need and to places in which communities can thrive. I am also passionate about being an environmental steward and practicing sustainability by recycling, composting, and reducing consumption.
