About Michelle Smith

I am a driven and goal oriented mom of a sweet and sassy daughter, Sophie, and my loving pit bull, Remy. Health and fitness is my passion and my mission is to help inspire others who are looking to make lifestyle changes to feel like their best and healthiest self. That is WHY I am Health and Wellness Coach and Mentor. Leading from the front and helping to create a team for others to do the same. Why not you? As a full time working Project Manager it is so easy to make excuses as to why I can't workout or eat healthy. I'm determined to show where there's a will, there's a way! And that includes working out in the basement of my building, hotel rooms when I'm traveling or anywhere I can score a little bit of space. I use my Project Management skill set to help meal plan for the week and teach others how to do the same - again, whether you travel or not planning is key! Fitness has always been part of who I am and I hope to be a good role model for my daughter as she grows up. In society today, I think it is so much more important and even more so because I am the mother of a daughter, to show her what a strong and healthy woman looks like and how she acts. I want eating healthy to be a natural part of her childhood and exercise to be part of her normal routine and I hope to participate alongside with her as she gets older.
