My experience has ensured that I successfully implement any project I undertake, whether it be for our clients or for our staff. I am passionate about people and I am an involved leader, but don’t shy away from getting involved in the details. I have the ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships not only with staff, but with clients alike. I have a passion to help people grow, always playing to their strengths and challenging them out of their comfort zones, to grow and be the best versions of themselves. I adapt my leadership style in a way that is best-suited to the individuals I am working alongside. I like to give people the space to own their areas, whilst still being there to assist and help them should they need it.
