About Michelle Steffens

Years ago I started working in the Hospitality industry where I developed expertise in time management, customer service and working under pressure. These skills became vital as i moved to the automotive and sales industry. Starting in the Sales industry I had no experience or knowledge of the industry but within a few weeks I had sold a few vehicles and became more clued up with the industry and knew what was expected of me. My interest in the automotive industry spiked and soon I became the qualified commercial sales executive at Hyundai Somerset West. Balancing passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle sales. During this time I built up an entire customer data base and wonderful customer relationships leading to massive increases in my sales. I was then offered an opportunity to further my education through the company and I recently completed my Business Administration degree and RE 5 examination.
