About Michelle Steinbeck

I believe success is measured in how many people you help and by how much you’ve learned. After spending a few decades with some great companies, I've entered the healthcare field to work with a team who supports our patients. Translating my experience outside of healthcare to those inside has proved so rewarding and expanded my breadth of experience. Keirsey's temperament sorter defines me as a Field Marshal (eNTj). My type exists in less than 2% of the population so some have a hard time understanding what makes me tick while I realize it's just the heart of who I am. I’ve learned to keenly appreciate each individual and their contribution. One's character and personality are so much more than a definition. I feel I've lived long enough to know that it takes all kinds to make things work.
