About Michelle Stelling

Hi! Thanks for checking my profile! As the Head of People & Culture for Primark Netherlands and Belgium, I am very passionate about Primark becoming the Employer of Choice within retail. Together with all our People & Culture colleagues, we are working very hard to achieve this goal. By providing business specific, strategic and consultative services to senior members of the retail leadership team I'm driving the people agenda. I am a very proud leader of the central P&C team in Benelux, that exists of both HR generalists and specialists in Employee Relations, Learning & Development and Resourcing. In 2014 I started working for Primark after recruitment jobs during my Bachelor study. Primark gave me the possibility to develop myself further within the field of Human Resources and work my way up to my current job role. Next to this, Primark gave me the opportunity to start a Post-Bachelor study as labour expert, which I finished in 2020. With my story (which is one of many other internal growth stories), I hope to inspire others to start their career in Primark and find their own amazing!
