I was born and raised in Washington. I went to Curtis High School, Pierce Community College and then got my BA in Business Administration/Marketing from WSU. I started my claims career at Allstate in 1995. I came to PEMCO in 1997 as a casualty adjuster. I was cross trained in litigation and Homeowner's before becoming a Casualty Supervisor in I have earned my AIC, LPCS and FCLA. I transferred to the Legal Unit in 2015. Complex files are my niche.
