About Michelle Taylor

I graduated from UNC-Charlotte in May 2021 with my B.S.B.A in Management with a concentration in Organizational Management. This achievement is one of the proudest moments in my career. I am currently studying to become SHRM certified. I am the Human Resource Manager at Stafford Cutting Dies, Inc, where I have been employed since October 2010. I believe teamwork makes the dream work so I attempt to build our team's culture on a regular basis with tokens of thanks. I never want anyone to feel as if I'm taking their hard work and loyalty for granted. I am a very driven individual who is never satisfied with being stagnant. I need to be learning and working on something at all times. I absolutely love to take on large, intricate, projects; especially Excel Spreadsheets. While the deadlines can be tight and stressful, the final product is always satisfying. These projects are even more satisfying when they have removed something from someone else's "plate" that is already overflowing. At the end of the day, we are all human. Everyone needs help at some time or another and I love to be the dependable person that is always willing to be that person for others.
