Background
About Michelle Thomas
I am Michelle Thomas, A passionate and self-motivated educator and student coach. In 2010, I graduated with a Master of Science in Education from the University of Saint Joseph Macau, majoring in curriculum and assessment. During that time, I founded the company Learn with Me, Macau in Macau, SAR China. The only English-speaking K- 8 after-school education center in the area. I developed a diverse curriculum that provided children from all over the world, with English study programs that included drama, music, and the arts. After my eighth year in Macau, I chose to set my goals high in administrative and education management. In 2016, I received the role of Senior academic advisor at an International College in Vancouver, BC. There I developed programs and maintained the policies and guidelines with the post-secondary training branch In Canada (PTIB). In 2020, pre and post-pandemic. I taught English as a second language in Hong Kong and Macau remotely with a focus on ESL language learning and Cambridge TEST Prep Exams. After returning to Canada in 2021.
