About Michelle Tran

I'm an informatics graduate of the University of California, Irvine, specializing in user design and experience aka human-computer interaction. I began my professional career with CrowdStrike's Customer Success Team first as a Technical Account Manager Intern to Technical Support Engineer and now Queue Manager. I am always looking to challenge myself and find creative and innovative solutions to problems!‍I'm inspired by the tech-forward future and my career interests are in business operations and project/product management while my industry interests include tech, healthcare, sustainability, and cybersecurity. Feel free to connect with me to follow my journey. Currently I’ve been with CrowdStrike for 5+ years now! I had plans to study abroad in Japan before the pandemic so I’d like to perhaps work internationally one day, but until then!🥖 If I’m not in a meeting you can find me working at CrowdStrike or helping my women in computer science club out or else I’m baking! I’ve made milk rolls and French baguettes and I’m passionate about women empowerment.
