This includes almost three decades of leadership experience in insurance, strategy, digital transformation, operations, and customer experience. Over 27 years at GEICO, I rose from entry-level sales to SVP, leading large-scale initiatives, delivering growth and profit, and launching a new distribution channel - always with people and customers at the center. Passionate about building strong organizations, fostering innovation, and creating lasting change, I believe true success is measured not just by growth and profitability, but by the lives we get to impact through our work. I believe leadership is about empowering others, making bold ideas executable, and driving results that serve both the customer and the culture. My greatest accomplishments have always involved building high-performing teams and delivering transformation through clarity, collaboration, and care of others.
