About Michelle Tyler

I have over 5 years of Customer Service, and Management experience as well as 3 years of Call Center Experience from the agent level to the Quality Assurance level. I have experience running a team of employees and managing schedules. I have great people skills. I am a team player. Any skills acquired I will gladly use to grow or help the company. I am ready to jump in and tackle tasks as an individual or a team player. I started out as a waitress at the age of 16 and worked hard to advance and do well no matter where or what Job I took on. I have been a Manager, Shift Leader, lastly an agent simply taking Directory Assistance and Operator Assistance Calls. Stepped up to SA level with the addition of handling escalated and emergency calls with additional paperwork to be filled out. Stepped up again to the Lead Supervisor position which added scheduling paperwork, handling a team of employees/agents as well as supervising the entire floor. Once again stepped up to Quality Assurance which added its own paperwork, calibrations, coaching, implementing protocol and procedures, as well as many other tasks. I have acquired many other skills in college as well as thru experience. I am fully confident in the skill set that I can bring to any company.
