Worked in the audit practice at KPMG, LLP in Nashville 2003-2004, and in Dallas from 2004-2010. Specialized in global manufacturing, leaving the Firm as an experienced senior manager. Joined Baylor University's Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost in December 2010 as the Director of Finance and Business Operations for Academic Affairs. Promoted to Assistant Vice President for Academic Operations in September 2012 with expanded responsbilities for operations, academic space planning, and compliance. Promoted in 2016 to Vice President for Academic Operations & Strategic Finance. Responsibilities included all matters of resource allocation and related strategy, creation of new financial models for entrepreneurial programs, strategic planning, and chief of staff duties to the Chief Academic Officer. Joined US Anesthesia Partners in June 2018 and welcomed the opportunity to learn more about the dynamic healthcare industry. Lead project manager on the Workday Finance for USAP’s full platform implementation of Workday, with a successful go-live date of July 1, 2019. Work extensively on integrating newly acquired practices and performing financial diligence on targets. I was promoted to the role leading the Financial Reporting group, responsible still for many aspects of Workday system governance and change management. Lead technical accounting efforts and enhance reporting capabilities through Workday.
