About Michelle Vikre

I thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment. Coordinating a data input processes that is multifaceted, requires a high level of accuracy and complex decision making, while exceeding goals and metrics is challenging, invigorating, and fulfilling. My experience includes building and managing teams, developing training and coaching tools and materials. I developed and implemented a processes to identify and resolve skill deficiencies and a quality control evaluation process which emphasizes accuracy and provides a more precise quality assurance assessment. As production and efficiency are critical components of any process, I constantly evaluate procedures and processes to identified efficiencies. This has included preparing enhancement specifications for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) applications, resulting in improved accuracy, increased the scope of the application and thus improved production. Process analysis resulted in elimination of automated and manual process duplications. Providing an exceptional customer experience is extremely important to me. I fulfill this commitment by making customer impact an essential component in decision making.
