Background
About Michelle Wallace
I am passionate about finding and developing talented people who can thrive in a dynamic and innovative work environment. I currently work as a Senior Resourcing Consultant at Eversheds Sutherland, an international law firm with a clear vision of the future and a commitment to adapt to new demands and business pressures. As part of an internal recruitment team, I have national responsibility for resourcing for our Real Estate, Litigation and Dispute Management, and Employment, Labour and Pensions Practice Groups, as well as for lawyers who sit in our non-fee earning teams. I use my skills in resource management, executive search, and stakeholder engagement to source, attract, and retain high-quality candidates who share our values and culture. I also collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand and meet the current and future resourcing needs of the firm.
