About Michelle Wirth

I bring 25 years of experience in business development and marketing in the architectural, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry, with a particular emphasis on aviation. Most recently, I've served as the Aviation Global Marketing Director, responsible for managing all areas of growth for the #1 aviation engineering practice. In addition to leading branding and marketing efforts, I've served as a proposal manager for key aviation pursuits to drive the efforts of capture teams comprised of executives, engineers, architects and other technical professionals, proposal writers and graphic designers. As an Inside Sales Manager for Jacobs' Buildings & Infrastructure practice, I developed capture strategy for strategic wins for transportation projects, including "mega projects" with construction costs greater than $100 million. My strategic marketing experience includes lead identification and evaluation, and the development and implementation of capture plans to win projects such as airports, highways, rail and transit, bridges and facilities. In addition, I bring expertise in developing proposals and presentations, coaching speakers and implementing public relations strategies. Prior to working in the A/E/C industry, I worked in national politics and held positions at the White House, with a Member of Congress and with government relations firms.
