Over 10 years of non-profit leadership experience as a result of extensive board involvement with PTO, National Charity League and Snack Pak 4 Kids organizations. Manage a 15 member volunteer committee including oversight of social media, press releases, website management, marketing materials, coordination of meeting and philanthropy calendars as VP of Communications for National Charity League. Implemented enhanced cross-functional team collaboration, communication, organization and rapport building utilizing professional background in sales, marketing and production. Refined community health competencies through program development, implementation and evaluation of health promotion programs to ensure program goals were achieved as well as identify future opportunities and areas for improvement. Collected data and prepared statistical analysis to evaluate health outcomes. Created a Needs Assessment to identify, analyze and prioritize needs of a priority population.
