Managed MIPS compliance requirements; recommended EHR software upgrades for meeting documentation and compliance standards. Transformed care quality by developing written protocols based on initiatives and clinical improvement processes. Resolved complex clinical and staff issues which resulted in increased retention and increased patient satisfaction. Presented and developed strategic clinic improvement plans which resulted in developing new work groups, work flows and departments throughout the clinics. I am enjoying applying my clinic operations experience to the research department and learning all of the new facets of the ever changing research environment. It is an exciting time to be a part of the retinal research world.
