I am a communicative and business-oriented manager who, alone or in collaboration with a team of (technical) professionals and experts, seeks suitable solutions. In doing so, I always consider sustainability, company protocols, procedures, and safety. I am driven by a quality-oriented mindset that fosters positive energy and enthusiasm in achieving goals. This attitude not only has a positive effect on my own work but also positively influences my environment. With my experience and motivation, I help companies adapt to rapid production changes, growth demands, sustainability requirements, technological developments, and regulatory requirements by designing, improving, and implementing seamless solutions.
