About Michon Pals

I'm a driven, hard-working, mom with a passion for helping others. Through years of teaching and academic leadership, I've gained experience that extends well beyond the classroom. Project management, technology integration, administrative experience and curriculum development are all skills that I've established by managing a classroom. Additionally, I have been able to add additional skills such as accounting, marketing, event planning, and budget management in my current role at Hermann Companies. In addition to my teaching and office administrative backgrounds, I've also been actively involved in volunteer work. While this has served as a way for me to offer up my talents for different events, I've also found that it has allowed me to grow in areas such as event planning, website data entry and team building. I also enjoy putting my creativity to use through interior design projects and budget management.
