Information Technology specialist with in-depth experience in Collaboration products and leading virtual and remote tech teams. Direct experience with Microsoft 365 and IBM Domino. In my recent role I have been working with administration automation of a large Microsoft 365 tenant, developing tools for processes normally handled manually by level 2 support, using advanced PowerShell, Node.Js, Angular, SQL, MongoDb. Previously, I have been deeply involved in the successful migration from IBM Domino to Office 365, for both eMail and applications. Some of my key strengths are: Identifying administration tasks which can be automated or assisted by developing PowerShell scripts, and identifying and creating tools to safeguard the health of a large tenant, such as providing life-cycle processes for Unified Groups before that was built in, and for any other Azure AD object which does not yet have life-cycle processes. 4 years working with migrating a 20 year old global IBM Domino infrastructure to Exchange Online has given me new skills in Outlook, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Powershell, SQL, Node.JS, Angular, Mongo. 16 years Domino administration, development and leadership gave me strong knowledge of all aspects of a large scale, complex Domino environment from client software to every layer of the hardware stack, and a proven track record in leading small remote teams of highly skilled administrators and developers globally. 30 years of IT experience in an international company have given me a great understanding of global business and processes and how to work in a complex and global environment. I have worked abroad for many years and have travelled extensively in my roles. I am very structured and can plan and prioritize to reach the result within the expected time frame.
