I am an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management and solution selling. Currently, I am working as an Internal Account Executive at Dell Technologies in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, I provide superior customer service and offer the best advice to ensure that customers get the best IT solutions. Prior to joining Dell, I worked as a Senior Sales Account Manager at Three Ireland, where I played a key role in retail sales. During my time there, I successfully transitioned from O2 Telefonica Ireland following a company buyout. Before that, I owned and operated Mick Diggin Photography, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Retail Manager at O2 Ireland, managing one of their busiest stores in Dublin city center. I led a team of 15 staff members and consistently delivered on key performance indicators and new product launches.
