I have good communication and person to person skills, and pride myself on my capacity to motivate staff to the best of their ability and get them working as a team. I enjoy leading teams, contributing fully to the team’s goal. Alternatively, if required, I can be a self starter, motivating myself to attain all objectives set. I am committed and professional in all my work. I meet tight schedules and remain calm, confident and good humored under pressure. I have a well developed sense of humour. I welcome change and innovation, especially where these lead to the use of best practice. I am very keen on the documentation and the use of best practice processes and procedures. This ensures that high standards are attained, and are repeated time after time. I have detailed Knowledge in Health/Food Safety and teach numerous Health/Food Safety courses as a Highfield registered trainer. I am computer literate and can use a number of software packages effectively. I am hardworking, enthusiastic, trustworthy, intelligent, innovative, responsible, and honest and take pride in the excellent quality of my work.
