About Mick Morrice

With 22 years of modern-day policing, I am an experienced former Detective Constable. With proven investigative skills within Serious/Organised Crime, Covert Policing and Digital Forensics. I have a wide-ranging skillset that has seen me being involved in several major criminal investigation. With extensive experience in Digital Forensic Transformation programmes within Law Enforcement and the MOD, I bring a wealth of implementation knowledge of taking disjointed digital processes, applying an agnostic approach, delivering new tool workflow designs that improve efficiency, introduce automation, cost reduction and remove redundancy. Supported by extensive experience from Policing and Private sector, I am considered an Expert in Digital Forensics, Digital Transformation and Business Analysis. Considered a Senior Consultant I have been central to the successful delivery of CSE Automation in the recent National Law Enforcement Transforming Forensics Programme and am currently involved in Digital Transformation programmes within the MOD. Also experienced in the Agile way of working I am fully conversant and a qualified Scrum Master working within the Agile environment. A quick learning team player I have successfully transferred 22 years of policing experience into the challenging world of Digital Forensic transformation and automation. I am also proud to state that I am an ex Infantry Soldier having served in Her Majesties Armed Forces, being the 1st Battalion Duke of Wellingtons Regiment.
