Serving a cross section inclusive of food & FMCG distribution, passenger transport and facilities operations Award winner for significant reduction of accidents, delivery of high profit ebit margin and champion of company values. I drive and lead performance improvements within all the operations I have been fortunate to have been a part of. I mentor and have successfully developed people throughout my career and enjoy seeing colleagues flourish and develop as their own individual careers progress. Trained in lean and six sigma practices and I'm currently studying for a black belt accreditation. Holder of two CPCs - I enjoyed the international HGV CPC exam so much I thought I'd sit it again in passenger transport operations. NEBOSH certified and I take opportunities to continually develop when ever I can - the only course I seem to struggle on is my local golf clubs. Competencies include data analysis, budgets, lean practices, six sigma, service delivery, efficiencies, health and safety. Led and project managed startup operations from site procurement to bau operational functions and ERP & WMS implementation Resilience could be a middle name, once I say and commit to something, I keep going - it will happen When not on the job, I enjoy cooking for family and friends and playing Football Manager where I have enjoyed huge success in leading West Ham United to domestic and European honors - yes its a simulation!
