I am an extremely dependable self-motivated, delivery focused individual with a proven ability to get on well with a diverse range of people. My progressive career spanning more than 40 years has provided a highly developed, qualified working knowledge of the oil and gas offshore and onshore operations and construction industry. Experience has been gained starting at apprenticeship and trade level, followed by offshore construction management with direct involvement in all aspects of oil and gas projects (covering detailed engineering, procurement, onshore /offshore construction and commissioning). Specific experience includes turnaround project management including leadership of project teams and Construction Management of topside facility fabrication involving process modules and living quarter modules for fixed platforms. Responsibilities have involved diverse functions, including development, preparation and implementation of work programs, monitoring subcontractors and vendor’s progress, planning, estimating-budgeting, progress monitoring and project reporting. I have a comprehensive knowledge of multi-discipline and multi-contract interfaces, planning and contract administration. I am able to prepare detailed plans for particular tasks under my control. I have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff in a multi-cultural environment, and have a demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-discipline tasks through entire phases of projects
