As a seasoned project leader at BCG, I am dedicated to driving growth and innovation through a multifaceted skill set. My professional journey has been marked by a deep passion for growth strategies, corporate development, and value creation, with a versatile background spanning various sectors, including energy, industrial goods, and financial services / FinTechs. Furthermore, I'm experienced in cost savings programs, change management, large scale transformations (incl. agile transformations) and process redesign & optimization. I am accomplished in collaboratively developing custom solutions to address the pressing strategic challenges faced by large multinational corporations. My approach relies on rigorous data analytics and 360-degree stakeholder engagement. I take pride in cultivating high-performing teams, fostering positive working environments, and guiding individuals along steep learning curves. I'm passionate about the development of talent, as part of the recruiting team. Prior to my role as a project leader at BCG, I served as financial controller, giving me a comprehensive understanding of business case modeling, financial reporting, and business intelligence dashboarding. I have Master of Science in Chemical engineering (with a minor in Mechanical engineering), complemented by a a Master in General Management (Advanced Strategy & Analytics).
