My present responsibility covers entire life cycle of CNG facility. Starting from site survey, selection, technical feasibility, project planning, execution, commissioning, operations and maintenance of CNG related facilities. Projects: • Site survey and selection based on technical feasibility. • Designing of CNG lay out as per codes & standards (PESO, OISD, GCR, SMPV) • Material management, contract management • Scheduling and execution of project. • Also includes up-gradation of existing facilities Operations and Maintenance: • Monitoring the operations of CNG stations in the GA. • Scheduling & executing the maintenance of CNG installations of the GA. Includes CNG Compressor, CNG dispenser, storage cascades etc. by adhering to the OEMs & /or organization’s AOMP. • Plan and mobilizing the resources for the maintenance activities to ensure the maximum availability of the equipments. • Analysis of the equipments operations and maintenance data to ensure smooth functioning and optimum utilization of the equipments. • OPEX analysis and control via effective technical solutions. • Inventory management of critical spares •CNG O&M Contract management for my location • Adhering to company’s standard procedure and HSE policy to follow best O&M practices. Effective compliance of organization’s HSE policy to achieve ZERO LTI. • Acting as site in-charge in the event of emergencies.
