About Mickey Zingarelli

Video production has made me into a jack-of-all-trades as I continue to gain more experience with every new opportunity. Since graduating from Full Sail University, video production it has taken me locations where the temperature has sweltered over one hundred degrees as well as to others that brought howling winds and icy temperatures far below zero. Unconventional work environments have become something I not only expect, but something I’ve also come to love in this field. One of the most important things I have learned is to not only be as prepared as you can be, but to always be ready and able to deal with the unexpected because nothing will ever go exactly as planned! While working under contract for Facebook, my team and I never missed a deadline or quota. Often finishing with more content than was required, we increased both site traffic and audience engagement. My content has been seen by millions of subscribers through websites that fall under the umbrella of the Gizmodo Media Group. Vermont presented some opportunities to me and while I was there working for Killington Mountain Resort, I shot and edited the First Annual Slash and Berm contest at Killington. The race itself was unique in nature and the proceeds went to helping sick children, so I was excited to be able to contribute something. My favorite part of living in Vermont was working at Darkside Snowboards. While I was there, the shop was voted the number one outdoor retail shop in the country. We were all very passionate about what we were doing and it showed in the end, which is something I bring to everything I work on. From the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, to TV shows in the streets of Manhattan, to snowy Vermont, I've always had a passion for this industry. The future is open ended and I’m excited about how things are progressing. Please feel free to reach out and say hello, tell a story of your own, or whatever you’d like. I look forward to connecting further.
