About Micki Andersen

My primary focus within cybersecurity revolves around identity and access management. I work extensively with technologies such as Active Directory and Entra ID and combine it with technologies like conditional access, Intune, and Exchange. Where the focus is to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management of digital identities across hybrid environments. I believe that the identity is one of the main areas within the cyber security field. As organizations move to the cloud and adopt Zero Trust principles, managing identities effectively has become critical to maintaining security and compliance. In addition to my work in identity, I’m passionate about offensive cybersecurity — particularly digital forensics and penetration testing. I have strong analytical skills, especially in understanding human behavior and decision-making, which I find highly valuable when analyzing security parameters.
