About Micky Petersen

I am an experienced Sales Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry since 1984. When I joined Hartwig I became a Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE). I strive in helping my customers to produce their parts more efficiently through the use of a large variety of reliable equipment like machine tools, automation and accessories. I am a third generation chip-maker, I grew up in the manufacturing business by way of my father and grandfather- both of whom were machinists and the greatest salesmen in the world! I hold a degree in Industrial Design Engineering and love to work with my hands. I am fluent in German, Spanish and English languages. My first 10 years out of College were spent as an Applications Engineer specializing in CNC set-up, machine tool optimization and operator training. I am very passionate about US manufacturing and doing my part to keep the work here in the USA! I am Catholic and if you enjoy talking about Jesus and the wonderful things He did during His ministry and for us, drop me a line or give me a call. My family and I are involved in our local Parishes of St. Anthony of Padua and St. Simon & Jude. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, working on DYI house projects, fishing and being on the Caribbean!
