Hi, I'm Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with an MSc in Scientific and Technical Translations and over 10 years of experience across global recruitment, HR advisory and talent acquisition management. My career journey began in London, where I specialized in Cyber Security and IT recruitment at two international firms. After four enriching years in the UK, I returned to Italy and joined Michael Page as a Senior Consultant, leading IT Middle and Top Management Recruitment and Business Development across Central and Southern Italy. I also took on the role of Trainer, mentoring new joiners in the Tech team. Currently at Fortrea, I'm responsible for strategic talent acquisition and recruitment of Highly Qualified Professionals across IT, Clinical, and Medical–Pharma sectors in EMEA, helping shape the future of healthcare and technology. Alongside my corporate role, I have the privilege of being a university lecturer, sharing industry insights and inspiring the next generation of professionals in recruitment, business development, and career strategy.
