Currently at All Hallows’ School, I oversee a collaborative administration team that provides essential support to the Leadership Team, Middle Leaders, and the wider school community. With a background spanning education, finance, and business administration, I bring over 20 years of diverse leadership experience. My career has taken me from managing finance and operations in the corporate sector to coordinating large teams in schools, always with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and fostering positive, supportive cultures. I am known for my:> Organisational expertise and ability to manage complex workflows > Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build trust across all levels > Problem-solving mindset and talent for anticipating challenges before they escalate > Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development for my team > Calm, approachable leadership style that balances high standards with empathy Beyond administration, I value service and community. Volunteering with Rosie’s Friends on the Street has deepened my perspective on compassion, respect, and integrity—values I bring into my professional life every day. I thrive in roles where I can connect people, improve systems, and create an environment where others can succeed.
