About Miguel Aldana

I work in data operations and data pipeline automation, with a background in Industrial Engineering, currently focused on data enrichment, CRM data quality, and ETL workflows supporting global revenue teams. At NinjaOne, I design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that ingest data from Salesforce APIs and third-party providers, apply transformation and validation layers, and deliver CRM-ready datasets for outbound and revival programs across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. My work reduces manual effort, standardizes processing times, and enforces strict data quality rules to prevent errors before execution.I specialize in cleaning, validating, and reconciling data at scale, automating previously manual workflows, and building reliable processes that support sales, marketing, and leadership decision-making through analytics and operational reporting.I’m particularly interested in the intersection of data analytics and data engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable, reliable data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets. I’m currently deepening my expertise in SQL, relational databases, and process automation, while expanding into Python-based workflows to support more advanced validation and enrichment use cases.Tools & Technologies: Power Query (M), Excel, SQL (PostgreSQL), Salesforce API, Power BI, Python, GitHub, Apache Spark.Career Focus: Transitioning toward Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering roles by combining analytical thinking with hands-on pipeline automation and data reliability work.
