About Miguel Alejandre

I am a current student at Year Up Bay Area and am taking Information Technology classes at the Community College of San Francisco. At Year Up, I have learned a great deal about what I need to know in order to find the job that fits me well, although I know I still have more to learn. Year Up is a program that taught me software, hardware, and professonal development skills during the learning development phase of the program. I have acquired with the knowledge that has made me successful at a company like Kaiser Permanente. At Kaiser Permanente, I am responsible for many different tasks and projects. To begin with, I provide desktop and laptop support for PCs. I also troubleshoot software and hardware problems like replacing defective hardware parts, installing drivers for printers, and installing applications needed by clinical staff. I image PCs using Ghost Cast software and Kaiser Permanente imaging tools. Taking leadership and commitment to doing the best that I can reflect who I am and what I can do. I know that I can succeed at any company, including Kaiser Permanente, because Year Up has provided me with the opportunity. I also have five years of experience troubleshooting problems with mobile devices from Apple and Android. If ever get stuck on a problem I ask for help.
