About Miguel Bernardo

I am someone passionate about the things I get myself into. I am committed and perfectionist. This characteristics allied to a good analysis of the environment around me as well as my capability to connect with other are my strengths, which guide me to succeed within a team. The network and soft skills sometimes are as much important as expertise on the field, which I see myself as good balance on those. The energy and enthusiasm I put on projects are always a bond between me and the project itself, leading to succeed, whether tasks have been assigned to me or my curiosity guided me to work on a task proactively even if sometimes takes more from myself. During the bachelor's and mostly during master's I have develop the capability to work with anyone, so new environments and international teams are a habitat for me, which I look forward to keep working with. I am not afraid of new testing and going for new experiences, there is always room for improvement and I look to those gaps carefully.
