Project Management Director (PMP certified since 2009), MSc in Biotechnology and post-graduated in Marketing Management and Project Management. Seasoned professional in the Pharma Industry, managing R&D Projects (Phase I to Commercial) for the past 14 years. 20+ year experience in Pharma contract manufacturing projects as SME. Applying project management standards based on PMBOK(R), Agile, Lean and Hybrid methodologies. Ensuring proactive and transparent communication, with internal stakeholders as well as with the Partners and Clients, and aiming at continuous improvement and delivery in full. Following the PMI PMBOK process groups of Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing and the knowledge areas. Post-graduations in Project Management and in Marketing Management (Catolica Lisbon SBE).
