I have been part of this mission for a little over a year, and I am responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow reporting, automating budgeting & planning, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. In addition to my accounting skills, I also bring a holistic understanding of HR and Operational functions, which I developed through my previous roles as an Operations Controller at ACS, US Controller at Diagnosys, and Project Accounting Manager at NGA. In these roles, I contributed to optimizing positive business culture & growth, aligning financial targets with workforce planning, and fostering operational efficiency by leveraging technology.
