About Miguel Hostench

I am used to engaging directly and at all levels within the client organization as well as within the internal structure. I enjoy problem solving as well as challenging the status quo of process and procedures to ensure they work for the client to meet his needs and get the job done. I believe my passion for sales along with my in-depth sales and marketing experience whilst working at all levels with multinational oil and gas companies have been instrumental to my successes. I have been able to successfully demonstrate my strengths to the organization and the customer base resulting in being awarded in 2012 the company annual award for “Best efforts to earn client loyalty” and in 2013 being awarded the “ESA Regional Account Manager of the Year” due to not just exceeding my sales target but providing all-round team and sales support. On a personal level I believe I am always open to share, discuss and spend time with colleagues and customers at all levels or simply just interesting and creative people. I always welcome any questions queries or points of interest and although E Mails and social networks are a great way to start a contact or conversation, nothing is better than a face to face meeting over a good cup of coffee.
